We are based in Sweden and we also ship from here. We are working on opening another facility in United States to increase the shipping speed for USA market.
We ship all orders placed Monday - Friday before 3:30PM PST / 6:30PM EST the same day. For customers within the Europe, your order should arrive within 7-9 business days. If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure you're blending in no time!
We also ship internationally. Average delivery time is 9-12 business days. However, international shipping delays can occur due to your country's customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and DHL tracking may stop updating. In a small minority of cases, delivery can take longer. If it's been more than 5 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order.
No, we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. In case you order on weekend, we will prepare your order but it will be shipped on Monday.
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. You can visit our tracking page and enter your tracking number to see where your order is at any time.
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
Yes, in case your Blenddo arrived damaged (which almost never happens) make sure to contact us and we will send you a new one or return your money.
We accept almost all credit cards and PayPal, so choose whatever is easier for you.
Your purchase comes with a 1 year warranty for the blender. Your warranty covers malfunctions but does not cover damage caused by mishandling of the product. Please contact us at support@blenddo.com.
Yes! We recommend that you bring your Blenddo in your checked bag without any liquid inside. Many folks bring it in their carry-on, but in some rare cases the TSA may not allow it.
Your Blenddo can be stored in a cupboard, as you would any other cup, blender or shaker. We recommend keeping the lid loose rather than tightly closed, to allow any excess water to evaporate.
We recommend after each use to blend water with a drop of soap to clean your Blenddo. Rinse with plain water, and you're ready to go again.
You can also put it in a dishwasher.
Blenddo's capacity is 450ml / 15.2 oz.
Your Blenddo weighs 650 grams / 1.43 lb so it's light enough to toss in your bag and go!
Blenddo's power is 80W. It's strong enough that you can blend ice and hard vegetables like carrot.
